No. The exercises utilized in our training programs are designed to help you lose weight, tone muscle and increase agility. They are not designed to make you look like a body builder.

Your training schedule depends on what your goals are and how much time you can devote to your fitness. As part of your initial consultation, we will develop a schedule that meets your needs and your lifestyle.

Personal training sessions are typically between 60 – 75 minutes long. Classes are typically an hour.

No. Diets are temporary. We prefer to educate our clients on healthy eating habits and make them conscious about what they are putting into their bodies.

If you have never worked out before, don’t worry! We have programs and techniques that are designed for every fitness level. We are experts at determining what your current fitness abilities are and how we can push you to improve and achieve results. While you may be taken outside of your comfort zone, you will not be asked to do anything that you can’t do.

Achieving your goal depends on how hard you are willing to work. As trainers, we can only provide you with the tools to succeed; however, it is ultimately up to you. Our trainers will provide you with motivation and support to help you realize your goals and enjoy success.
