Personal Training – Our trainers offer one-on-one instruction that incorporates goal setting and health education into fun and challenging workouts specifically designed for our Orange County clients. More importantly, our personal trainers get to know you – what motivates you, your goals and your needs. This individual attention will help you realize your goals and achieve success.

Boot Camp– Our boot camps offer a variety of exercises aimed at achieving individual physical fitness goals, cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength. If you like outdoor activities or just want something different, this is the program for you. Each class is one hour of intense cardiovascular endurance, fat burning, and strength training exercises.
Cardio Kickboxing – Our kickboxing classes are some of the best in Orange County. With a blend of martial arts and cardiovascular conditioning, each class is designed to help you tone your body, enhance your flexibility, and relieve stress while having fun. During these one hour classes we will teach you the basics of fighting, including punches, kicks, and footwork. We guarantee you will have fun, get a great workout and burn a lot of calories!
Fight Training – If you are preparing for an upcoming MMA fight or if you want to step up your martial arts training, this is the program for you. Our Orange County fight specialists will create a schedule of intensive workouts designed to get you in the peak of fitness. Fight training typically includes more cardio, intense conditioning, more rounds with the pads, more sparring and more bag work. You will be pushed to your limits and beyond, but you will be prepared for what is to come.
Stretching – Our stretching classes help you develop focus, balance, strength and flexibility.
