Chris Miranda
Chris Miranda Born and raised in Louisiana, Chris comes from a background honoring the southern ideals of respect for others and spirited love for life. Joining the USMC, in 2000 he devoted four years of his life to serving his Nation and protecting the country he loves. While enlisted in the infantry he started with ISSA (international sports science association) on his first personal training certificate, which he had to put on hold when on Sept. 11, he was woken up to the media coverage of the towers being hit on our homeland and immediately boarded ships and headed out to defend our country.
Chris continued to be fascinated with how the body worked and grew a better understanding of why health and fitness was so important in the longevity of not only people physical bodies but also their spirit. When Chris left the Marine Corps he found that lifting weights was a great way to cope with the transitions of life and a positive way to deal with changes and network with goal oriented people.
Chris quickly excelled in both the art of training clients privately and as a group. He quickly expanded his knowledge, becoming not only a Certified Personal Training, but also obtained additional certification in Spin, Lift, Set, Everlast Boxing, Abs, Boot Camp, and Aqua classes ability to expose his clients to multiple styles of training has consistently been his greatest asset when achieving his outstanding results.
Not only will you see Chris running his trademark intense workouts, but Chris also runs the Wardance Nutrition Counseling program. His expertise in this field has seen him work with clients to go well over and above their initial expectations.Chris brings with him to Wardance the passion and zeal that has made him quickly become one of Orange Counties leading sought after personal trainers.
